March 2012: Directors of DCL to hold a workshop on developing low cost agrochemicals at CCM International's annual summit on the global agrochemical industry in Shanghai. November 2011: opportunities for other guests to meet us at the CIA dinner, Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, where we are hosting a table for the second year running. September 2011: Presented potential investor an initial proposal and business plan to set up a not-for-profit API plant to produce low cost ingredients for essential medicines destined for the poorest parts of the world. August 2011: Peter Nightingale publishes an article on why there is a need for a not-for-profit API plant (Alarab Newspaper, Qatar). Arabic version | English version June 2011: DCL's technology for producing mefloquine hydrochloride licensed to a second charitable funding agency in Geneva. Plan for commercialisation in 2012 agreed and funding agreed. February 2011: DCL visited Brazil to evaluate major companies making APIs, with a view to outsourcing API technology for a malarial drug. |
